Ingredients:  
3 c. cooked squash
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. can milk
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Slice squash and cook with onion and salt in small amount of water.
Drain off water and measure after cooking. Add butter, pepper and milk.
Mix all together, then add beaten eggs, cheese and cracker crumbs. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves
6 to 8.
