2 pastry crusts unbaked
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
1 lb.cheddar cheese
1 lg.onion
Mushrooms (optional)
1can pet milk
6 eggs
6 strips crispy bacon
1 bunch fresh spinach
1/2 tsp.each of nutmeg,cinnamon,salt,pepper
Cubed ham (to taste)
More cheese if desired

Separate eggs. Use beaten whites-brush pastry shells. Slightly saute onion, mushroom, and spinach. Quickly transfer to casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients, press down to pack. Bake 45-55 minutes at 350º.
