3 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter flavored Crisco
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Use hand mixer to combine flour, salt, and Crisco into small pea sized balls. While mixing, add vinegar, then beaten egg, then water. If necessary, add more water to desired consistency.

Roll pie crust out between two floured pieces of waxed paper. Makes 4 crusts (2 double crust pies, or 4 single crust pies).
