"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Directions:
Cut off ends of the green onion, clilantro and peppers. Place onion, cilantro, jalapeņos (keeping the seeds), serrano peppers and garlic into a food processor and chop. You may have to add a little tomato to the food processor to get it all going. Run diced tomatoes through the food processor (optional). If you like it chunkier, skip this step. In a large bowl, combine and stir all ingredients.
