Chicken:

1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, cut thin into cutlets
1 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. dried basil

Pesto Pasta:

1 packet Knorr pesto seasoning
1/4 c. olive oil (as per Knorr pesto seasoning instruction)
3/4 c. water (as per Knorr pesto seasoning instruction)
1/2 lb. pasta, cooked
Parmesan cheese, salt & pepper, to taste

Chicken:

Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, oregano, and basil together in bowl. Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in egg, and then coat in bread crumb mixture. Bake on greased baking sheet at 350º for 30 minutes (until chicken is cooked through).

Pesto Pasta:

Prepare pesto according to packet instructions. Toss with pasta, Parmesan, and salt & pepper to taste.
