Directions:Pop a cup and a half of popcorn in an air popper- ( make sure your hands are clean. With your hands scoop and shake the popcorn to make sure there are no kernels. ( nobody wants broken teeth! ;-)
Get a cookie sheet- or on a counter- spread wax paper.
Melt chocolate, I have never measured- I just start with 1 cup of the white chocolate and melt in the mircowave for about 20 seconds and stir. and pour over popcorn in bowl. Quickly mix so it does not soak one area and make one area soggy. Keep adding melted chocolate to cover the popcorn and mix. Add M & M's and mix. Add salted nuts and mix with the white chocolate. If needed can add more melted white chocolate. Pour on wax paper and let it sit.
While it is sitting out- get some milk chocolate or whatever chocolate you want to use. I normally use milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips. Get about 1/4 cups of the chips and melt it- stir it and make sure it is thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle over the popcorn. Let it get hard and then crack some and put in sealable bags. |

Notes: I LOVE this for holidays- I use holiday colors for Christmas, and I use this recipe and I give it out to my friends and neighbors and they all tell me how much they love it! I use pink M & M's for Valentine's day and Spring colored ones for Easter. This is so easy to do and it's fun to do with kids. Perfect for handing out to your friends.
