Ingredients:  
1 lb lean ground beef
3/4 c. oatmeal (dry)
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion (or dry onion)
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce

Sauce:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard or use 1 Tbsp reg. mustard.
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix the beef and all other ingredients together and form into 2 inch balls. Lay the meat balls into a 9x13 casserole pan.

2. For the sauce- put all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat, then pour over the meatballs.

3. Bake the meatballs @ 350º for 30 minutes and serve with rice.
