4 medium red potatoes cut into thin wedges or small cubes ( microwave in a bowl for 8-10 minutes until tender).
1 lb. of chicken breast/tender cut in 1/2 inch slices.
2 tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. prepared teriyaki sauce

Directions:
While potatoes cook in the microwave, in a large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat for 5 minutes. Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add onions and teriyaky sauce; toss until heated through.

I found this recipe in a magazine in 1998 and have made this many times. It is a quick and cheap dinner.
