1med size onion, roughly cut
2 cups sliced mushrooms
4-6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
4 sweet italian sausage
1/2 lb angel hair pasta
basil
oregano
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.

In a frying pan, boil sausage until cooked. (about 10 minutes). then sear all edges until brown

place on rimmed cookie sheet, mushroom, onions, and garlic. Pour olive oil on top and season with basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix together. spread out evenly on sheet pan and place in oven.
Cook until mushrooms begin to caramelize, about 8 minutes.

Cook pasta al-dente. Strain and place in large serving bowl.

Slice sausage and place on top of pasta. Remove mushroom pan and scrap contents on top of pasta, making sure all oil is included.

Toss contents of serving bowl together. Serve with parm cheese
