3 tomatoes
1 jalapeņo
1/2 lime (juiced)
cilantro
salt
black paper
1 tbls. onion powder
1 tbls. garlic powder
chile powder
Directions:
Directions:
Broil the tomatoes and jalapeņo until the tops are black.
Cut top off jalapeņo and puree.
Add tomato, half lime juice and cilantro and puree until chunky.
Add onion powder and garlic powder and other spices to taste.
Puree in food processor until smooth.
