3 lb. Chuck Roast or Pork Butt Roast


Put in Crock Pot:

1 c. dark brown sugar (can use light)
1 c. Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry Oregano
1 tsp. powdered ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder (I put in more)
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 T. minced dried onions



1 extra cup of dark brown sugar
1 can (10 oz.) enchilada sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large crockpot, put in the following ingredients. 1 cup brown sugar, worchestershire sauce, oregano, ginger, salt, chili ,garlic, onion, and blend together. Put in meat and spread sauce over meat and cook on low for 6-8 hours. I flip the meat over a few times- during the cooking time.

After it is finished cooking- dump the juice out and shred the meat and put it back in the crock pot with 1 cup of brown sugar, and a can of enchilada sauce. Cook for one more hour.

Use it to make tacos or burritos.

I LOVE this recipe, this is one of our family's favorite recipes. We go all out and make freshly made corn tortillas and use whatever topping you want for tacos/burritos. This is a sweet meat-
