1/4 CUP BUTTER
1 LARGE ONION, CHOPPED
1/2 CUP Minced green pepper
1 cup love garlic (minced)
1 Teaspoon, salt dash pepper
1/8 Teaspoon, dried rosemary
1/8 Teaspoon paprika
2 cups canned tomatoes
1 pound cooked shrimp (11/3 cups)
3 cups Hot cooked rice

Directions:

MELT BUTTER in saucepan.
Add onion,green pepper,
garlic, saute 10 minutes or until tender.
Add salt, pepper, rosemary
paprika, tomatoes,
Bring to boil reduce Heat and
simmer 15 minutes.
Add Shrimp. Heat thoroughly
