2 large Plaintain Bananas - very ripe. Peeled and sliced diagonally, to make about 20 slices.
10 strips bacon, cut in half.
1 cup brown sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Take a banana slice, and wrap one slice of the bacon around it. Secure with a toothpick. Roll in brown sugar. Place on a greased cookie sheet (greased with Pam spray).

Continue rolling all the banana slices the same way.

Bake in 300º oven until lightly browned and the sugar has carmelized. Serve while still hot.
