4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
2 Cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Small Onion Diced
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 1/2 Cups of Rice
2 3/4 Cups of Water
2 T. Parsley
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven temperature to 350º.

Place chicken, soup, onion, salt and pepper in a casserole dish and cover. Place in oven for 1 1/2 hours.

During the last 30 minutes of cooking-

Combine rice, water, parsley and a pinch of salt/ pepper in a pot. Bring to a boil and stir. Turn the heat down to slightly above low and cover. Let cook for 15-20 minuets. Just before serving, stir and check to make sure rice is done.
