1/2 pkg. linguine or spaghetti (8oz.)
1 c. fresh or frozen broccoli flowerettes
1lb. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese, save a little to sprinkle on top when finished
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Cook linguine according to package directions. Add broccoli for the last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain in a colander and set aside. Brown chicken in a skillet and set aside. In the pot used to cook the pasta and broccoli, combine the soup, milk, cheese and pepper. Bring this mixture to a boil then add to it the cooked chicken, pasta and broccoli. Serve in a shallow bowl and sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
