2/3 Unsalted butter, softened
1/3 Butter-flavored shortening
1 c. Sugar
2/3 c. Firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 Large eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 c. All-purpose flour
2/3 c. Unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 c. Oreos (16 cookies) coarsely chopped
3 (1.75 oz.) Mounds bars chilled and chopped
1 1/2 c. Semisweet chocolate chips

Beat butter and shortening at medium speed until creamy; gradually add sugars, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla beating until blended. Combine flour and next three ingredients; gradually add butter mixture beating until blended. Stir in candy, cookies, and chips. Chill dough 30 mins. Drop dough 1/4 cupfuls apart 2" on parchment paper. Bake at 350º for 10-12 mins.
