3 C. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick of oleo or butter (melted)
2 8 oz bricks cream cheese
2 C. powder sugar
2 8 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding
3 C. cold whole milk
OR Large box cooked lemon pudding

Directions:
Mix butter and graham crackers together and press in 9 x 13 pan. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread on top of graham crust. Prepare instant pudding OR cooked lemon pudding (follow directions on box!). Top with Cool Whip. Chill and serve.
