2 c sugar
3 T cocoa
1 stick butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
1/2 c milk
1/2 c crunchy peanut butter
3 c oatmeal (quick or old- fashioned)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar and cocoa. Melt butter in milk over medium heat. Do not let milk come to boil. Leave on heat as you stir in sugar/cocoa mix to milk/butter, mix well. Let come to full boil over medium to medium-high heat. When it reaches full boil (bubbles all over mixture surface), time for EXACTLY 2 minutes boil. Remove from heat after 2 minute boil, add peanut butter first (in several spoonfuls, not all at once) working quickly, and then add oatmeal working quickly and stir in thoroughly and quickly. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax or parchment paper. Let cool.
