1 (10oz) pkg. fresh Spinach,
2 fresh tomatoes,
1pkg. Shredded mozzarella cheese,
1/2-3/4 stick of butter
garlic salt
basil
oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Place washed and dried spinach pieces in buttered 8x12 glass baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic salt, basil and oregano. Dot with pats of butter. Cover liberally and thickly with shredded mozzarella cheese (cover to edges of dish so when it melts it seals the dish and the spinach with stew itself). Bake at 350º 25-30 min or until cheese is golden.
