Large Beef Steak Tomatoes (at least 3) more if for a larger crowd.
Fresh Basil
Fresh Mozzarella cheese 2 packages ( must be fresh)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper ( to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice Beef Steak Tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella cheese ( I slice around 1/4 inch thick, but what ever you prefer), Layer on a serving platter. Then coarsely chop fresh basil and sprinkle on top of the layered tomatoes and mozzarella (be sure to get basil on each piece). Then take your extra virgin olive oil and drizzle on top. I like to season it with a little salt and freshly cracked pepper. Enjoy
