Fresh Chinese noodles (can substitute spaghetti noodles)
Cut into matchsticks:
Carrots
Celery
Red bell pepper
Green onions
Bean sprouts
Optional:
Fresh snow peas
Chopped mango
Chopped cilantro
Diced cucumber
Dressing:
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of human garlic chill sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooked noodles with vegetables. Add dressing and combine. Garnish with shredded chicken, chopped peanuts or cashews.
