1 can black beans (rinsed)
1 small can chopped black olives
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
2 cloves chopped or pressed garlic
2 tablespoons lime juice or whole-lime-squeezed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Heaping 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Spread a block of cream cheese on a plate to a thickness of about 1/4 inch. Put mixture on top. May garnish with additional green onions and chopped hard boiled egg. Serve with tortilla chips.
