1 pound of veal stew meat
To frying pan add:
1 can tomato sauce
1 can cream style corn
1 tablespoon Grandma's Chili Pepper
1 can ripe olives and the stew meat
1/2 cup water
6 tablespoons Olive Oil
3 tablespoons flour

Directions:
Directions:
Approximately 1 pound of veal stew meat finely cut. Boil meat in water until done. Drain meat while reserving the water and set meat aside. Use the meat broth and enough cornmeal to make a medium paste. Line casserole with half this paste. Heat 6 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan together with 3 tablespoons of flour. Add 1 or more tablespoons of grandma's chili pepper. Salt and black pepper to taste. Put the tomato, corn, olive and meat mixture into the cornmeal paste lined casserole dish. Cover the pie with the remaining cornmeal paste. Bake in 300 degree oven for 1/2 hour.
