1 quart strawberries
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Wash drain and hull1 quart of strawberries. Make pie shell and cool. Cover pie shell with half the berries (the choicest). Place remaining berries in blender and blend. If necessary add a little water to make 1 1/2 cups of juice. Bring juice to a boil and gradually stir in mixture of 1 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons cornstarch. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until boiling. Boil until clear, cool. Pour over berries in pie shell. Chill for 2 hours. Just before serving, decorate with whipped cream.
