Salad:

2 heads of shredded cabbage
1 romaine chopped thin (optional)
2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
3 stalks of green onions sliced
2 packages of Niisin Ramen noodles or Crispy chow mein noodles
1/3 c sliced almonds

Dressing:

6 T Sugar
3 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
3 T Roasted sesame seeds
3 tsp Soy Sauce
3/4 c Japanese vinegar
3/4 c canola or olive oil
3 T Sesame oil
3 little packages of chinese mustard or 3 teaspoons of Colman's yellow powder mustard (optioal)

Directions:

Mix salad ingredients together.

Combine dressing ingredients, shake well, pour over salad 10 minutes before serving and mix gently.
