4 large tomatoes
1 cup herb stuffing mix (blue bag pepperidge farm works good)
squeeze ketchup
1/4 grated romano cheese
2 tbsp chopped green onion
2 tbsp melted butter
dash of pepper
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slice off thin portion of the top of each tomato and discard tops. Scoop out the pulp from each tomato. Chop and drain the pulp.Turn over the tomatoes and put on paper towel for a few minutes to drain.
In a bowl, combine chopped tomato pulp, squeeze of ketchup, stuffing mix, grated cheese, green onion, butter and pepper in a bowl. Lightly salt the tomato shells and fill with stuffing mixture.

You can either cook in the over on 350 degrees on a cookie sheet for about a half hour or put on foil on the BBQ or smoker for about a half hour until the stuffing is hot and the tomato shell is cooked.
