7 oz. Albacore tuna, drained
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 C. mayonnaise
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. grated lemon rind
1/2 C. black olives, chopped
1/2 C. toasted pecans, chopped
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Multi-grain crackers to serve.

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor or by hand, blend cream cheese, tuna, mayo, pepper, lemon juice and rind. Add olives and pecans and pulse just a couple times. If mixing by hand, make sure they are finely chopped and just stir them in.
Refrigerate 4 hours before serving. Garnish with chopped olives or parsley.
