Directions:
Directions:
Use small tender pods of okra, cut with as much stem as possible. Wash and drain. Pack orka into sterilized jars. Place a small bunch of dill, garlic, mustard seeds and hot pepper into jar. I use 1 garlic clove for pints, 2 for quarts. One hot pepper for pints, two for quarts.

Boil water, vinegar, and salt until salt is dissolved. I add one hot pepper, several garlic cloves and some dill to brine and bring to rolling boil. Fill jar with boiling brine to within 1/2 inch of top of jar. Put on cap, screw band firmly tight. Process in Boiling Water bath for 5 minutes. Do not open until at least 6 weeks, allow more time for better flavor.
