2 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Ground Cinammon
1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
1/8 Tsp. Ground Cloves
3/4 Cup Shortening
1 Can (6 OZ.) Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Water
1 Can 1# Sweet Potatoes in syrun drained, mashed
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup Honey
2 Oranges Sectioned

Directions:
Into a large mixing bowl sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, baking powder and spices.
Add shortening, 6 tablespoons undliluted orange juice concentrate, water and swet potatoes. Beat 2 minutes at mexium speed. Add eggs, beat an additional 2 minutes. Turn into greased and floured 10 inch pan. Bake in 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool 10 to 15 minutes. Turn out and cool completely. In small bowl mix remaining orange juice concentrate and honey. Arrange orange sections on top of cake.. Pour orange-honey glaze over cake.
