1 box jiffy corn bread mix
1 can whole corn
1 small box of velveeta cheese
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup oil
1 can cream corn
1 can Rotel
1/2 cup bell pepper
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, place in casserole dish. Cook at 350 for approximately 2 hours, or until top of casserole is light brown.
