1 lb mild sausage
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp salt
2 cups cubed bread crusts
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in a medium skillet. Drain and discard any fat and set aside to cool.

Lightly beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add milk, mustard powder, salt and blend well. Stir in bread crusts, sausage and cheese and mix well. Pour into a shallow 2 quart glass baking dish and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes, or until edges are brown. Cut into wedges and serve hot or at room temperature.
