3 lb chuck roats
5 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 T. beef bullion
2 T. Worchestershire sauce

Combine and cook in crockpot on low 6-9 hours. Slice roast and serve on rolls
