1 tube refrigerated ready to bake chocolate chip cookie dough
1 package 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 small packages instant Chocolate pudding mix
1 cup whipping cream
1 small package cool whip (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Use the tube cookie dough and spread evenly on over entire surface of a small cookie sheet.(as if you are making cookie bars) The dough ususally has directions for baking this way. Set aside. I often do this step the night before. Do not cut into bars.

2. Blend cream cheese and sugar. Spread on cooled cookie. Put in refrigerator.

3. Blend pudding mix and whipping cream for several minutes until fluffy. Spread over cream cheese spread. Refrigerate until served.

4. Optional- spread cool whip over pudding spread.

5. Use a cookie cutter or metal spatula to cut.
