6 lasagna noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. celery, minced
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 (6oz) pkg stove top stuffing, prepared
1 whole chicken, cooked, de-boned and cubed
1/4 c. onion, minced
6 oz cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)

Directions:
Saute celery and onion in 1 T. butter or margarine until soft. Add both soups, milk and salt. Mix well. Add cream cheese and cottage cheese and heat until cream cheese melts, (not more than that). Add cubed chicken. Stir well and taste for salt. Cook noodles according to package directions. Line bottom of 9"X13" pan with the 3 noodles, a layer of the chicken mix then continue on with 3 other noodles, then the rest of the chicken mix. Top with the PREPARED stove top stuffing. Bake for 45-60 minutes at 350º

This recipe is from Michaels Grandmother, Orva Yache. It is delicious. For a lighter recipe use skim or 1% milk, 1% cottage cheese and lite cream chese.
