One box Zatarain's rice preparation (any flavor)
One frozen boneless, skinless chicken breast
One small can tomato sauce or store bought salsa (optional)
Frozen veggies, any kind you like
Cheese, any kind you like, cubed or sliced or shredded (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Follow directions on box, plus add one chicken breast and tomato sauce or salsa prior to final cooking in microwave. When three minutes remain on timer, stir in frozen veggies. Top with some cheese before serving.
