12 to 16 oz. lean roast beef. 3 toes garlic. 6 tbsp. soy sauce. 2 tbsp sesame oil. 1 tsp sesame seed. 3 tbsp brown sugar. 1 scallion. 1 carrot. 1/2 onion. Dash of salt and pepper to taste.

Slice beef in long thin strips, like beef jerky, removing most of the fat. Place in bowl or large zipper bag. Smash garlic toes and add to beef. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, brown sugar to beef. Mix in bag or bowl and let sit to marinate while cutting veggies. Slice or julienne scallion, carrot and onion. Mix veggies with meat and a dash of salt and pepper. Cook quickly in very hot fry pan over high heat, stir often. Serve with or over rice.
