Fresh basil
Fresh mozzarella cheese
olive oil
salt & pepper
red pepper flake
Italian seasoning

Directions:
Cut the fresh mozzarella into 1" cubes. Drizzle cheese with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Let this marinate for about an hour in the fridge.
Start stacking the tomatoes, basil and cheese cubes on the tooth picks: Cheese on top, fold the basil leaf in half and put on tooth pick and last put on the halved tomato cut side down (so it has a flat base to stand on). ENJOY!!

Personal Notes:
The Milton's served this to us as an appetizer one night (before the New Orleans Barbequed Shrimp...oh yeah, we ate GOOD that night!). These were delicious, pretty and fun to eat! We had to pass this clever little recipe and method on!
