1- 12oz. package vanilla wafers
1- 16oz. (3 cups) pecan pieces
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup bourbon
1/3 cup bailey's Irish cream
Powder sugar or vanilla wafer crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Crush vanilla wafers and pecans in food processor till very fine and mixed together.
Combine honey, bourbon and bailey's and stir into crumbs and pecan mixture.
Oil hands and roll into tsp. size balls and roll in powered sugar or vanilla wafer crumbs.
Refrigerate up to 4 weeks.
