2 oz. of your favorite rum
2 oz. of 7UP, Sierra Mist or Sprite
2 tsp. raw turbinado or demerrara sugar
1 lime, cut into 8 wedges
10 mint leaves
1 sprig of mint
crushed ice
Directions:
Directions:
In a tall glass, add mint leaves, sugar and squeeze the juice of 7 lime wedges. Gently smash the mint leaves into the lime juice and sugar, then add four of the lime wedges and smash them in too. Next add the crushed ice and rum. Stir, then top off with the soda. Garnish with mint sprig and the remaining lime wedge on the side of the glass. Enjoy!

Makes 1 marvelous mojito.
