8 large eggs
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drainned
1 tsp mustard
6 slices wheat bread
1 tsp salt
2 cups milk
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
chopped onion or green pepper to taste
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms.
Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread in pieces; put in 9x13 inch pan. Put eggs and milk in bowl; beat with the other ingredients. Pour over bread; soak overnight. Bake 45 minutes at 350º; let set 5-10 minutes.
