4 pork chops
1 can fruit cocktail (natural juices)
1/4 cup brown sugar
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and Pepper pork chops. Put in Pyrex baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 400º. Drain grease, and turn chops over. Pour fruit cocktail (approx. 1 can per 4 chops) over shops and sprinkle with brown sugar (approx. 1/4 cup) Bake another 30-40 minutes or so.

This recipe orginially came from a family friend. Annie and our family considered this a "growing up" favorite. Can easily be altered to be Diabetic friendly.
