Cooked and diced chicken, (pork or beef)
Pillsbury All-ready Pie Crusts
1 (8 oz) pkg. cheddar and jack cheese(shredded)
1 - brick of cream cheese
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
fresh ground pepper
1 chopped jalapeno (remove seeds)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken (or meat choice), cheese, salt and pepper, cumin and jalapeno pepper to a thick paste. Use large biscuit cutter and cut otu circles. Fill each circle with 1 Tbsp of filling. Fold over and seal. Dip fork in water and press edges to seal. Beat 1 egg in a bwol. Brush beaten egg on each pastry. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Serve with Salsa
