Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans of cream of something soup (we usually use cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup.)
2 c. instant rice
1 1/2 c. milk or water
1-2 T. of bacon bits ( more is always better)
2 T. of dehydrated onion ( or chopped onion)
1 T. Montreal Steak Seasoning or black pepper
6-10 pieces of chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine everything except the chicken into a large mixing bowl and stir until blended. Pour the rice mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan or Dutch oven. Place chicken on the top of the rice mixture (and for an extra treat, sprinkle the chicken with Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix). Cover the pan with foil and bake for one hour. If you use a Dutch oven 8-10 coals on the bottom and 20+ on the top for one hour.
