1 lime
2 ounces of cachaça (Brazilian Rum, we like Leblon)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons simple syrup
splash of club soda
crushed ice cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Muddle the limes in the bottom of a glass with the sugar and syrup until as much lime juice as possible is extracted. We use the end of an all wooden rolling pin to get them good and smashed. Add the other ingredients. Stir well. ENJOY! Our favorite cocktail!!! mmmmm!!!
