Zucchini (cut in chunks)
Yellow Squash (cut in chunks)
Sugar Snap Peas
Broccoli florets
Brussel Sprouts (halved)
Onion (sliced)
Asparagus (quartered)
Carrots (sliced in 1" diagonal slices)
Peppers (sliced)
Cremini Mushrooms

For each cup of veggies, you will need 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of olive oil

salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all veggie, salt, pepper, olive oil & garlic.
Roast in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring once after about 6 minutes.
