4 cups cubed peeled baking potato
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbl minced fresh chives

Directions:
Directions:
Place potato in a saucepan; cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until tender; drain. Return potato to pan. Add milk, yogurt, salt and garlic; beat at medium speed with hand mixer until smooth. Stir in chives. Makes 4- 1 cup servings
