4 eggs
1 yellow cake mix
1 small instant banana pudding mix
1 c. water
1 c. veg. oil
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Add bananas and nuts. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans for 1 hour @ 350 degrees or until when knife inserted comes out clean.

This is the only banana bread James Ray will eat. I make these when I have bananas about to go bad. You can wrap these loaves in foil and freeze. I have shared these with Kenny. Good for a different fast breakfast smeared with butter and popped in the microwave and coffee. The kids like this too, without the coffee of course.
