1 tbsp. cream cheese
1-2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 lb butter (melted)

Blend egg yolks, cream cheese and lemon juice in blender. Slowly add hot, melted butter. Serve immediately over poached eggs on English muffins and ham for Eggs Benedict.
