4 quarts ripe, chopped tomatoes
6 chopped onions
3 chopped green bell peppers
1/2 cup grated celery
1/4 cup grated horseradish
1/2 cup mustard seed
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1-1/2 cup sugar
1 quart cider vinegar

Directions:

Put the onions and bell peppers through a food grinder. Add 1/4 cup salt. Set aside to drain overnight.
In morning add rest of ingredients and stir to combine.
