1 C teriyaki sauce
2 lg. cloves garlic, minced
1/2 C chopped green onion
1/3 C honey
1 - 2 T dark sesame oil
fresh cut rosemary sprigs
1/3 fresh squeezed orange juice
freshly ground pepper
2 lbs. flank steak

Directions:

Mix all marinade ingredients together and put in one or two large zip bags.
Score flank steak on the diagonal 1/8" on both sides to keep steak from curling. Add steaks to marinade and marinate steaks at least 30 minutes to overnight.
Put steaks on hot grill, cooking approx.7-8 minutes per side.

You can divide the marinade in 1/2 , putting one steak in each bag and freezing the other for future use.
